Deposit Disclosure

This deposit disclosure outlines the terms and conditions related to the deposit required for renting tents from our Pop Up Party tent business. Please read this document carefully before making a reservation.

1. Reservation Deposit:

   • To secure your tent rental reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking.

   • The reservation deposit guarantees the availability of the tent(s) and related equipment for your specified event date(s).

2. Payment Method and Due Date:

   • We accept payment for the reservation deposit in the form of credit, debit, cash, or checks.

   • The deposit is due upon reservation to secure your booking.

   • Failure to submit the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

   • The reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.

   • If the reservation is canceled by the customer, any remaining balance will not be charged.

   • In the event of cancellation by our business due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

4. Damage and Loss:

   • The customer is responsible for any damages or loss to the rented tents and related equipment.

   • A separate security deposit or damage waiver may be required, which will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the rented items.

   • Any damages or loss beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged to the customer accordingly.

5. Change of Event Date:

   • Requests to change the event date are subject to availability.

   • In the event that we are unable to accommodate the new date, the deposit may be forfeited, and the reservation canceled as per the cancellation policy.

6. Final Payment:

   • The remaining balance for the tent rental and any additional services must be paid in full by the day of the event.

   • Failure to make the final payment by the specified date may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

By submitting the deposit for your tent rental reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this deposit disclosure.

   • Prices for additional services such as setup and takedown, delivery and pickup, lighting and decor, flooring and staging, and other options are available upon request.

3. Rental Period:

   • Our standard rental period is half-day, 4 hour or full-day, 8 hour rental. Other rental periods can be negotiated.

   • Extended rental periods can be arranged, and pricing will be provided accordingly.

4. Pricing Variations:

   • Rates may vary based on factors such as tent size, location, seasonal demand, and availability.

   • We reserve the right to adjust prices and availability without prior notice.

5. Taxes and Fees:

   • Applicable taxes and fees, such as sales tax or service fees, will be added to the rental charges.

   • Any additional charges related to damage, loss, or late return of the rented items may apply.

6. Deposit:

   • A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

   • The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

   • The deposit will be applied toward the total rental cost and is subject to our cancellation and refund policy.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

   • Cancellation policies and refund amounts will be outlined in our booking agreement.

8. Payment Terms:

   • Full payment, including the deposit, is due prior to or upon delivery of the rented items.

   • We accept various forms of payment, such as cash, credit cards, or electronic transfers.

   • Payments not received within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
